CoCo Curry with Ko (…and Sae, too!)

Ko is a friend of ours from Kansai Gaidai. He attended So. ILL University last year and is not back in Japan like Sae. He wanted to see us while we were here…so we all headed to CoCo Curry! It’s a cheap curry shop chain which is pretty prevalent throughout the Kansai Area. Everyone at the table got the *standard* level of spice for their curry…Except for David…who had to show off and order a 2 (on a scale of 10). Now, mind you, the standard level of spice is a *0* so he was 2-upping all of us. Of course, it was too hot for him and he ended up not finishing his meal. Silly boy.

It was a really nice dinner, and Ko ended up picking up our bill. In return, David and I popped in at his part time job today and complemented him on his uniform.
